Megan will be away on leave from Monday 13 August for two weeks, returning to work on Monday 27 August. Kathy Goodman will be covering for her and office hours will remain the same. If you require pre-paid tickets it would be most appreciated if you can organise these with Megan before she goes on leave.
In addition the office will be closed this Friday 3 August. - Interclub on Friday night (27th July): congratulations to Open team (Marian), Intermediate teams 3 & 4 (Jill & Jill) on their wins and to Andeana's junior grade team on their draw which was enough for them to end up in the Top 4 and fight for the victory in the Junior category over the next 3 rounds (results after 6 rounds here).
- Wednesday players: If you have attended beginner classes this year you may be interested in Super Social Sundays. The first one is at Karori Bridge Club on 5 August at 1pm. See the poster on the noticeboard or attached below. Details also here.
- Our Hutt Intermediate Tournament is on Sunday 12 August. Details here. Baking for the day would be appreciated. Please write your sweet or savoury offering on the ‘notices table’ sheet.
- The Te Omanga Hospice bridge afternoon to be held this Wed 1 August is now full. If you still wish to enter, you will need to contact Rosa to see if there are any last minute cancellations.
