  • AGM and 60th Birthday Celebration
    Our AGM and 60th Birthday Celebration will be held on Sunday 29 March. Bridge will start at 2.00pm, followed by the AGM at 5.00pm, and then our 60th birthday celebrations. For members who are unable to attend, please write your name on the Apologies sheet on the notice table.
  • The Wellington Regional Trials are on over the next two weekends. Good Luck to our following members and partners: Vil Gravis and Tani Blackburn, Ruth Brucker and Christine Chowchuvech, Madeleine Askew and Deidre Stallinger, Elisha Hawkins and Jeffry Craanen, Ian and Genieve Pronk, Andrew Cushnie and Elle Molloy. We wish you all the best.
  • Thursday Night – Back to the Future Teams
    The Back to the Future Teams event starts on Thursday 2 April. Get your team together and enter on the notice board. If you would like more information, please contact Ruth.
  • 2026 Knockout Rubber Bridge Event
    Entries are now open for the 2026 Knockout Rubber Bridge Event. Matches are played at mutually agreed times, usually at players' homes. The top pair will qualify to play off at the National Congress, with a $1,000 prize for the winners. Entry is free. If you would like to take part, please let Ruth know.
  • Weekly Fundraiser Numbers Available
    Numbers 1 and 27 are available for our weekly fundraiser. If you would like either of these numbers, please let Ruth know.
  • Congratulations to June Dolstra and Terry Hughes for achieving their Certificate of Proficiency and Steve Denholm and Lesley Haines for achieving the rank of Local Master.

  • Our tournament on Sunday was a big success — thank you all for your support and for making it such a great day.
    I would especially like to say a very big thank you to Esavra Delaney, Sharyn Bowen, Frances McIver, Cecelia Henderson, Claire Stainton, Ingrid Jaegers, Raewyn Dowman, Paul Badcock, AJ and the committee for all your hard work and help on the day. We couldn’t have done it without you! Your time and effort are very much appreciated.

  • Multi-Grade Tournament – Sunday, 1 March
    Our Multi-Grade Tournament is coming up, and we’ll need a bit of help on the day to make it a great event. If you have a couple of free hours to spare, we’d really appreciate your support.
    We’d also love plenty of home baking for morning tea – it always makes the day extra special!
    It would be wonderful to see many Hutt players enjoying the tournament.
    If you can help or bring baking, please add your name to the notices table.
