- Our Intermediate tournament over the weekend was great fun! We had 12 tables of players from around the region including many Hutt members. Thank you to Ryman Healthcare – our tournament sponsor; Phil Revell and Madeleine Askew – our tournament organisers; and all the bakers and helpers on the day who worked tirelessly in the kitchen and behind the bar. Thank you for supporting your club.

Session prize: Jeffry Craanen & Simon Webber - Congratulations on a great night’s results at Interclub last Friday night, with all five intermediate teams having wins, along with Phillip’s junior team. Well done. The next round is on 16 September.
- Karori Bridge Club is holding an open tournament Sunday 21 August. The cost is $30, byo lunch.
- Super Social Sundays are back! These are run by Wellington Regional Bridge and are for bridge beginners - players who have completed lessons this year or last year. The first one is Sunday 28 August at Wellington Bridge Club. See the flyer with more details on the noticeboard.
