- Ruth is away this week at Congress. The office will be manned Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Emails and phone messages will be checked at other times.
- The committee is confirming next year’s programme book. Please check your contact details are correct with the membership list on the notices table. This is also a good time to consider sponsoring a monthly series next year. Sponsorship is a vital source of income for the club. If you would like more information about this please contact Ruth.
- Coming up Events
- The Upper Hutt and Hutt Challenge is on this Friday the 4th October at Upper Hutt Club at 7.30pm. We would love more entries. Please sign up on the notice board.
- Fun Social In–House Tournament Saturday the 12 October at 1pm. This is a multi-grade event and a great Tournament Taster! All members are welcome from novices to open players. Juniors and Novices are free, $10 for all other players which includes nibbles and a complimentary drink. Sign-up sheet on the notices board. - Congratulations to the lotto winner, Juliette Lister, with lucky number 32.
