• Our Intermediate tournament on Sunday was very successful with 22 pairs attending. A huge thank you to all the volunteer bakers and helpers who made it such a successful day.
   
  The tournament was won by Martyn Rew & Andrew Cushnie from Wellington Bridge Club:

• Our Hutt Intermediate Tournament is on Sunday 12 August. As of Monday we have 9 tables, it will be good to get some more entries. Details and how to enter here. Baking for the day would be appreciated. Please write your sweet or savoury offering on the ‘notices table’ sheet.

• Dougal Watson and Ian Possenniskie won the afternoon session and came 4th overall at the Karori Intermediate Tournament on 22 July.

Hutt Bridge Club strongly supports the initiative of raising funds for the rebuild of Te Omanga Hospice and therefore would like to invite all players to participate in this noble event!

This fundraiser is part of the ‘Days of Care’ Programme which gives you the opportunity to make an extremely positive contribution to the life of a special person at a difficult time. Our goal is to raise $1,500 from this afternoon to provide a Day of Care at Te Omanga Hospice.
