  • The third round of Interclub was held on Friday night. Congratulations and well done to the following teams on their wins:
    - Open Restricted teams captained by Jeffry Craanen and David Haines.
    - Intermediate team captained by Jill Marsden
    - Junior teams captained by Margaret Carter and Toni Kane
    The next round is on Friday, 21 June.

  • Improver lesson 1 June start time to 10.30 am. Ten lessons for $100 for the entire course or $15 a lesson per lesson. If you have questions, phone Ruth or put your name on the sign sheet on the notices board.
  • King’s Birthday Bridge Event
    The Club is open for a special session of bridge during the upcoming public holiday next week – the King’s Birthday Pairs is being held at 1 pm on the afternoon of Monday 3 June. Come along to celebrate things royal by having the day off to play more bridge. It’s going to be a fun day so wear your best regalia – think crowns, jewels, furs, medals, sashes, or red, white and blue clothing. There will be prizes and novelties and lots of laughs. Best to organise a partner beforehand but, if you decide on the day to play, just come along in good time and we will sort it out. The bar will be open and please bring a plate for a shared high tea.

  • We are having our Open and Junior tournaments on the 19th of May, so why not enter, and have a fun day of bridge.
